Liz Kula – Senior Web Designer/Consultant

Liz Kula is a web designer/developer based in Knoxville, Tennessee who has been practicing designing websites since 1998. She has designed more than 50 websites and is currently accommodating small businesses and corporate clients as well as individuals and even home-based businesses. Liz is a wife and mother of two, with one child on the way, due in December, 2011.

Liz holds an Associate Degree of Science in Web Design from the International Academy of Design and Technology as well as a Bachelor Degree of Fine Arts in Web Development. She is currently attending school online to obtain her Masters of Science in Management with a concentration in Information Technology Management. She practices graphic design and audio/video editing and production for web design, with limited experience, and has limited experience with print materials. She performs website updates and maintenance as well.

Liz’s desire for a more flexible working environment inspired her to venture out and start her own freelance web design business in 2009.

Her other interests include designing browser-based online games, and spending time with her husband Shane and two small children, daughter Brianna, age 4, and son, Kainan, age 2. She is currently expecting another child, and due in late December. She also maintains her own business and personal blogs, including helpful articles to aspiring and novice web designers. Articles are anticipated to eventually gear towards more advanced topics, such as programming as well as other similar topics.
